BD-20 is specially developed by the company for most concrete floors in China that do not meet the basic requirements, rough surface, large porosity, and even slight sanding. The product has the effect of quickly blocking large holes and solid sand. The product is a waterborne polymer synthetic emulsion that is environmentally friendly and non-toxic. It is an efficient back cover agent.

Scope of application

Particularly suitable for rough concrete surfaces, porous, large-pore ground, and slightly sanded ground.

Performance characteristics

1, can penetrate into the concrete surface pores, high efficiency back cover.

2. Prevent the influence of the substrate on the surface self-leveling cement and reduce the volcanic pores on the self-leveling surface.

3, strong adhesion, with a certain degree of sand consolidation.

4, waterproof impermeability, environmental protection and non-toxic.

Instructions:

1. Do not wet the ground with water before construction. Use dry ground to accelerate the dryness of the interface agent and play a role. Remember!

2. Sprinkle the interface agent on the floor with a broom.

3, the first time brushing about 2-3 hours, until the interface agent dry solid, then brushing the second time, we will find that the amount of the second pass will be greatly reduced.

4. For sparse floors, apply the third or fourth brush until the floor is completely closed.

note:

The interface agent is equivalent to water when it is not dry solid. Therefore, self-leveling cement on the ground that has been painted with an interface agent but is not dry is a waste for the interface agent.
